Your details go toward inspecting, pricing and fixing your roof. They are never sold.

What do we collect?
Whenever you phone, text or fill in the form, we take down your name, a number to reach you on, an email, the property address or ZIP code, plus a short note on what the roof needs.
Our business line runs on an automated assistant. It gathers those details and books a callback. That line may record calls, for training and quality checks; a notice plays before anyone speaks.
What do we do with it?
We use it to get back to you, inspect the roof and write up the estimate, complete permit and HOA forms, document an insurance claim if you ask us to, book the job and carry it out, and message you about that job while it's under way.
Now and then we may send a reminder, such as an offer to look over the roof after a storm. Opting out takes one message, any time.
Who sees it?
Only the people who need it to get your roof done:
- the insured crew doing the job
- Comal County or the City of New Braunfels, whenever a permit is filed on your property
- your carrier or adjuster, if you ask us to deal with them
- your HOA, when you want us to make the submission for you
- the companies that run our phone line, forms and scheduling
- anyone the law obliges us to tell
Nobody buys or rents your details from us. Ever.
What about the website itself?
Visit counts come from privacy-respecting analytics, which show us which pages earn their place. There are no advertising trackers here.
What can you change?
Email hello@newbraunfelsroofingco.com to view, fix or erase what we hold on you. To stop texts, reply STOP to any message from us.
