What you'll see on the day
You tell us what you've noticed: a ceiling stain, shingles in the yard, the date of a storm, how old the roof is. You don't have to diagnose it. Send the form or phone, and someone calls back the same day. An estimator is usually there inside a day or two, quicker still after a storm, and spends the visit up on the roof and down in the attic, photographing and measuring every slope.

No charge for the inspection or the estimate. No deposit until you've approved the written price. No surprises: if it's not on the sheet, it never shows up on the bill. And no pressure if you'd rather get a second estimate first; we'd sooner you compare and pick us than feel cornered.
What happens, and by when
Every item sits on its own line, so you can compare the sheet with anyone else's. Repair and replacement options are both set out, honestly. Where hail or wind is in the picture, we say whether a claim is worth making before you ring your carrier. The written price stands for 30 days. Approve it and the job goes on the schedule.
