One call, start to finish
The people a roofing job passes through, in the order you'll meet them.
Picture a leak at 11pm on a stormy night, somewhere in New Braunfels, TX. Here's who picks up the thread, and who carries it to the last nail.
The first ring
The line is answered at every hour. An automated assistant asks for your name, a number, and what the roof is doing, and a human calls you back. A leak gets that call within minutes. Anything else, within the hour.
Boots on the roof
Next comes the estimator. They get up on the roof, go into the attic, photograph what they find, and write the price. Put anything to them: why repair rather than replace, the cost of a Class 4 shingle, or whether what they're seeing adds up to a claim.
Permits, weather and paperwork
Behind the scenes, the office files for the permit, plans the dates around the forecast, deals with the insurance paperwork and any supplements, and gets the manufacturer's warranty registered to you.
Job day
On the day, the crew lead is in charge: the tear-off, any decking, the dry-in, the install and the cleanup. Before anyone drives away, they take you around the new roof, matching it against the estimator's photos.
Who actually does the roofing
