How to reach us

Phone: (830) 626-9183
Email: hello@newbraunfelsroofingco.com
Calls: taken at any hour, any day · Roofing days: Monday to Saturday, with early starts in summer
Location: New Braunfels, TX. No walk-in office; we come to the house

After you get in touch

First we agree on a time to visit. That is normally a day or two out, or the same day if a storm has just gone through. On the visit we climb onto the roof and take photos of anything we find. You then get one of two things from us: an itemized price in writing that holds for 30 days, or a plain "it's fine." When insurance is involved, we take you through filing the claim one step at a time. You pay no deposit until you have approved the price and the job has a date on the schedule.

Details that help, if you have them

None of this is needed before you pick up the phone. It does get you an answer sooner: the rough age of the roof, what made you notice a problem (a ceiling stain, missing shingles, hail dents in the gutters), whether a storm came through lately, and the name of your HOA if you belong to one.
