We're a local service that markets and books roofing work around New Braunfels. Homeowners call us, and independent local contractors do the roofing with crews they hire themselves. So there are two doors in.
I run an insured roofing company. What do you send me?
Booked estimate appointments: a real homeowner, a real roof, a time on the calendar. They go to contractors who turn up on time, price honestly and leave the yard clean. Before any lead goes out we check your fall-protection record, that you have your own vehicle and hand tools, and that the paperwork is in order.

The contractors we book for tend to need shinglers and metal installers with experience, crew leads able to run a tear-off without anyone getting hurt, estimators who can look at a roof and write up a fair scope, and office staff to handle permit filings and insurance paperwork. Send us your details and we'll pass them on.
What will they expect from me?
A clean record on fall protection, a vehicle and hand tools of your own, and, if you're a crew lead or a contractor, workers' compensation and general liability cover plus whatever license or registration the state asks for on residential roofing.
