A roofing company that stays after the hail

We started because New Braunfels gets hailed on every spring, and every spring the roofs get done by whoever showed up with a yard sign.

The New Braunfels Roofing Co. crew in front of their truck and trailer

New Braunfels doubled in size in fifteen years, and most of those houses got a builder-grade roof that will meet its first real hailstorm in the next few. When that storm comes, the roofers who show up will mostly be from somewhere else: storm-chasing crews that follow the weather, promise to waive deductibles, put on the cheapest shingle that passes, and are gone before the first leak. Texas doesn't license roofers, so nothing stops them.

New Braunfels Roofing Co. exists to be the other option. We're a locally operated roofing company — not a franchise, not a lead-generation call center — that books and manages residential roofing across Comal and Guadalupe County. The crews that roof for us carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance, work to RCAT installation standards, pull the City of New Braunfels permit on every re-roof, and collect your deductible like the law says. Every job comes with a written, itemized price from a company with an 830 phone number.

What we stand on

Tell you the truth about the roof

Repair it, claim it, replace it, or leave it alone — we'll say which, and we'll show you the photos that back it up.

Roof for the hail belt

Class 4 shingles by default, ice-and-water in the valleys, metal where it fits. It costs a little more than the builder's spec and it's the difference between a roof and a claim.

Do the paperwork

City permit on every re-roof. Claims documented, adjusters met, scopes reconciled. Deductible collected and shown on the invoice. HOA packets for the communities that want them.

Answer the phone — 24/7

Call at midnight with water coming through the ceiling and a person answers, gets a tarp crew moving and books the inspection. Crews are on roofs Monday through Saturday.
